Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Physical Design Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of complex semiconductor products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all aspects of physical design, including floor planning, place and route, clock tree synthesis, and timing closure.
  • Develop and implement deep sub-micron (DSM) design methodologies and tools to meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in physical design and architecture.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in physical design, with a focus on deep sub-micron (DSM) design methodologies.
  • Expertise in full-chip Pn R, timing/congestion/CTS issues, and multi-voltage design.
  • Strong understanding of synthesis, place and route, CTS, timing convergence, IR/EM checks, and signoff DRC/LVS closure.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with lower-tech node designs and related challenges.
  • Knowledge of DRC, LVS, ERC, and PERC rule files for layout verification.
