Role Overview:
As a Key Account Growth Specialist, you will play a key role in driving customer goals, revenue expansion and product adoption by ensuring the activation, engagement, success, retention, and growth for our key enterprise and mid-market clients.
Responsibilities:
- Drive business development and retention strategies for high-impact, high-value clients.
- Ensure seamless client onboarding and adoption of our solutions.
- Develop and execute tailored plans to meet client needs and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role or industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
