About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and client-focused Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and grow strategic customer relationships.
As a KAM, you will serve as the main point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
You will work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and build long-term Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through trust and performance.
- Understand client business goals, challenges, and industry Growth & Revenue Management
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within key accounts.
- Achieve revenue and profitability targets through account expansion strategies.
- Create account plans with clear deliverables and growth Delivery & Coordination
- Work with internal teams (e.g., product, operations, customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Proactively resolve client issues and act as a liaison between the customer and internal Reporting & Forecasting- Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, renewal cycles, and client health.
- Provide regular reports to leadership on account progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Forecast revenue for assigned accounts and contribute to sales & Compliance Oversight
- Negotiate contracts, renewals, and SLAs in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
- Ensure contractual obligations and compliance standards are Skills & QualificationsBachelor's /master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in key account management, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships (ref:iimjobs.com)
