About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and organized Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a track record of managing end-to-end project lifecycles with a focus on timeline, quality, scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning & Execution , Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.

- Create detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures, schedules, and risk assessments.

- Drive project execution while ensuring adherence to timelines and budget.

-Lead cross-functional project teams, including internal teams, vendors, and third-party contractors.

- Facilitate regular team meetings, stand-ups, and stakeholder reviews.

- Serve as the point of contact for clients/customers, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.

-Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions as needed.

-Track and report on project KPIs, milestones, resource utilization, and deliverables.

- Prepare weekly/monthly status reports for stakeholders and senior management.

- Ensure documentation of project plans, changes, decisions, and lessons learned.

- Implement best practices in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid).

- Drive continuous improvement in processes and project outcomes.

- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's/master's degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in project management roles.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects or complex programs simultaneously
