
Technical Sales and Marketing Engineer

As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and shaping our vision for sales and marketing functions. This exciting opportunity allows you to join our dynamic team as an employee #4 in our first sales position, working closely with our founder.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Developing high-performing prospecting systems, testing new messaging, and optimizing conversion funnels.
- Managing sales operations, including lead generation, prospect engagement, pipeline management, and CRM management, with the ultimate goal of driving sales growth.
You'll have the chance to learn a wide range of skills and gain exposure to how a fast-scaling startup is built. With this early-stage experience and in-depth knowledge of the business, you'll be well-positioned to grow with us into a senior position within sales and/or marketing functions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong intrinsic motivation, creativity, and resourcefulness. You'll need excellent organizational skills, a deep sense of caring toward your work, and a strong desire to collaborate with others.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Demonstrated ability to manage cold outbound systems at scale, including domain/IP warmup and inbox setup.
