Business Development Representative

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled sales professional with expertise in molecular biology, microbiology, or food technology to drive business growth and build long-term client relationships.
This role involves extensive travel, market research, and product promotion. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of biotechnology, dairy technology, or microbiology, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Develop strategic partnerships with clients and identify sales opportunities through market research.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Promote and sell products related to molecular biology, microbiology, or food technology.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth by analyzing market trends and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Strong background in molecular biology, microbiology, or food technology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively (15-20 days per month) to meet clients and develop business opportunities.
Education: B.Tech in Biotechnology/Dairy Technology or M.Sc. in Biotechnology/Microbiology.
Experience: 0-5 years in sales or a related field.
