Export Manager Job Description

The Export Manager will play a key role in the marketing and support function to the sales team.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations with attention to detail and a focus on resolving customer queries.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for planning, logistics, and accounts.
Key Activities:
  • Ensure smooth order fulfillment from receipt to final delivery.
  • Coordinate shipments and sales with customers.
  • Punch in monthly projections in the system with the marketing team.
  • Process agent commissions and coordinate with the accounts team.
  • Follow up on order status with the plant and inform customers.
  • Prepare sales summaries, orders in hand details, and product-wise sales reports.
  • Maintain receivables from external customers and follow up for timely payments.
  • Prepare and discuss samples, DMFs, and other queries internally with team members.

The ideal candidate should have a graduate degree and 4-8 years of experience in a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
