Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Service Associate. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations in our hotel.

Main Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate group check-in/pre-registration procedures to ensure efficient and smooth guest arrivals.
• Sell rooms to guests without reservations while anticipating sold-out situations and identifying alternative accommodations.
• Provide accurate and timely information to guests, including directions and hotel services.
• Respond to guest requests, questions, and concerns while following up to ensure satisfaction.
• Arrange transportation for guests and issue safe deposit boxes as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and perform tasks such as cashing guest checks and processing payments.
• Collaborate with management to motivate and coach employees, ensuring a positive work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
