We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Professional to join our team in a key role within the industry. As part of this position, you will be responsible for advising and assisting management on the implementation of EHS management systems at various sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Advise and assist management in fulfilling legal requirements and implementing EHS management systems.
- Support field service operations teams, contractors, and customers to foster a zero-harm culture and ensure compliance with EHS requirements.
- Evaluate and improve EHS plans and procedures at outage sites.
- Conduct training sessions for field service employees and contractors.
- Investigate incidents and track compliance of actions taken.
- Diploma or advance diploma in industrial safety from a recognized institution or B-Tech/M-Tech in Safety.
- At least 10 years of experience in electrical service and maintenance, large electrical EPC projects, MV/HV testing, and commissioning.
- Experience as an independent site EHS in-charge or as an EHS coordinator is essential.
- Detailed knowledge of all maintenance requirements pertaining to EHS.
