At Heraeus Electro-Nite in India, we are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Safety Officer. This role is responsible for ensuring workplace safety by implementing and monitoring health and safety standards across organization.

What will you do?

  • Compile safety programs.
  • Practice safe working techniques.
  • Implement and maintain health and safety standards.
  • Establish a cordial and professional relationship with employees.
  • Maintain compliance with all safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to share best practice techniques.
  • Standardize health and safety in order to remain consistent.
  • Identify hazardous waste and disposing of it correctly.
  • Promote safety initiatives.
  • Compile and maintain relevant registers to ensure compliance.
  • Document staff information, minutes of meetings, and reports compiled for management.
  • Regularly inspect equipment.

Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum of Diploma / B.E. degree.
  • Diploma / Graduate / PG in HSE.
  • 3 to 5 Years of relevant Exp. In safety roles.
  • Knowledge of TQM, ISO 45001/14001, and safety certifications preferred.
  • Skills in MS Office.
  • Organizational and leadership, Communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Problem-solving skills.
