We are seeking a compassionate Mental Health Professional to join our team in Bangalore and contribute to our growth journey. Our ideal candidate will possess a Master's Degree in Psychology or Counselling, with a specialization in counselling psychology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist clients in managing stress, anxiety, and other mental health issues on our platforms.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals' needs, including evaluating symptoms, identifying risk factors, and formulating customised plans.
  • Provide immediate support and intervention for individuals experiencing distress, including assessing for safety, facilitating de-escalation, and coordinating appropriate referrals for further care if necessary.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, coping strategies, and community resources available to support their well-being.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

Requirements:

  1. Master's Degree in Psychology or Counselling
  2. Specialized knowledge of Counselling Psychology is preferred.
  3. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
  4. Maintain high typing speed with accuracy.
  5. Demonstrated ability to empathize with individuals who have experienced abuse or injustice, and to provide compassionate support and understanding.
  6. Deep understanding of the importance of mental health and well-being, and a commitment to promoting mental health awareness and support.
  7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  8. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
