The Head of Quality Control is a pivotal role that oversees all quality assurance and control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, customer expectations, and safety requirements.

This position drives continuous improvement in production and safety processes by implementing effective quality control systems, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Assurance Management:
    • Lead the development and implementation of quality control protocols to ensure consistency and safety across all production stages.
    • Maintain certifications and compliance with industry standards through regular audits, inspections, and testing processes.
    • Address any quality deviations or non-conformities swiftly and implement corrective actions.
  • Process Monitoring:
    • Supervise the quality control team to monitor and evaluate the production process, ensuring quality and safety.
    • Develop and maintain protocols for raw material inspection, in-process control, and finished product testing.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality-related issues.
  • Compliance & Certification:
    • Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and internal quality standards through rigorous monitoring and documentation.
    • Maintain accurate records of quality control processes and procedures for internal and external audits.
    • Collaborate with regulatory bodies during inspections to ensure compliance and certification.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Drive innovation and improvement initiatives for product quality and process efficiency.
    • Work closely with R&D, production, and procurement teams to develop solutions that enhance quality and productivity.
    • Lead quality training programs to foster a culture of quality and safety throughout the organization.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Manage and mentor the quality control team to ensure proper resource allocation and professional development.
    • Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and open communication within the quality control team.
