Job Overview:

The Deputy Vice President Cyber Innovation will lead the innovation and simulation lab within a Centre of Excellence, fostering a culture of experimentation, prototyping, and applied research.

This role focuses on driving strategic innovation, simulating real-world cybersecurity challenges, and accelerating the development and testing of emerging solutions to future-proof digital capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive innovation strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Establish a framework for research and innovation activities, including infrastructure enablement, operational models, and outcome measurement.
  • Drive strategic relationships for implementation and operations of the lab.
  • Ensure efficient resource allocation and project management practices.
  • Monitor and report on research initiatives and innovation projects.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in cyber innovation and simulation, with a strong understanding of various cybersecurity domains, including futuristic technologies, emerging trends, and disruptive technologies.

They should possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and align innovation efforts with business goals.
