Position Overview:

We seek a motivated Project Sales Executive to drive sales and establish long-term relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting our texture coating solutions across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve project sales targets.
  • Identify and build relationships with prospective clients, including builders, contractors, and organizations in diverse industries.
  • Conduct product presentations and technical discussions to showcase the unique benefits of Renovo's texture coatings.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure products meet client specifications and requirements.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, driving repeat business.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 based on industry standards and location. The company offers a competitive package with performance-based incentives, professional growth opportunities, and a chance to work with top-tier clients across multiple industries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in project sales, preferably in the construction or coatings industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Understanding of India's diverse climatic conditions and their impact on building materials is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
