Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in English and Turkish, with excellent written communication skills.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • A background in customer service, retail, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of fraud/risk management principles and practices.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and work independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and interpersonal abilities.
