Structural Design Position

The purpose of this role is to develop 3D models and 2D production drawings that meet industry standards and company expectations. This position requires expertise in BIM workflow management, proficiency in Revit software, and effective communication with engineers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce detailed 3D models using Revit/BIM project delivery
  • Maintain structural BIM/CAD files for use in design drawings
  • Interface with engineering teams and clients to coordinate BIM modeling content and approaches
  • Prepare and review project deliverables for client submissions
Qualifications:
  • 0-3 years of experience in preparing structural construction documents using Revit/BIM project delivery
  • Up-to-date knowledge and expertise with Revit software
  • Strong understanding of building construction and assembly processes
  • Ability to think in 3-D and create detailed sections and details with minimal input from the engineer
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD software
