Structural Engineering Leadership Opportunity

Civil Structural Engineers play a pivotal role in creating innovative and sustainable structures that meet the needs of modern society.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team to deliver projects on time, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication
  • Develop structural designs and address complex civil and offshore structural challenges
  • Stay updated with industry standards, regulations, and best practices
  • Meet project expectations while maintaining quality standards and delivering results-driven outcomes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Master's degree in Structural Engineering or related field
  • At least 12 years of relevant experience within the Oil and Gas Industry, including prior design work experience as lead for at least 5 years in Onshore and Offshore Projects
  • Strong background in structural design engineering on Onshore, Offshore, and FPSO projects, with experience in executing proposals, FEED, and detail engineering
  • Expertise in preservice and inservice structural analysis of Offshore and FPSO projects, with knowledge of commercial engineering design programs like STAAD, SAP 2000, and SACS
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working with API, ASCE, ACI, AISC, BS, EURO, and other international detailing knowledge
  • Effective implementation of quality systems, procedures, management of change, and revision control
