Senior Structural Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing structural design solutions for complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to develop and integrate processes and procedures
  • Deliver multiple projects or parts of larger projects to completion, within set timelines and budgets
  • Work closely with clients and structural design teams to produce innovative designs
  • Ensure effective staff training initiatives and conduct regular performance reviews
  • Implement Quality Management and Continuous Improvement Programs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience and proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, Revit, CAD, and advanced skills in Macros/VBA in Excel
  • Ability to work independently on projects and handle teams effectively
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Experience in structural engineering building design on multidisciplinary projects

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Timesheets, Tekla, Dynamo, and 3D Structure Modelling Software
  • Experience with Precast Technology and hands-on experience in designing Precast Buildings
  • Structural design license
