  Job Description

The role of a site civil engineer is multifaceted, requiring a unique blend of technical expertise and leadership skills.

Our ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of project management principles and be able to effectively manage teams to deliver high-quality results.

We are seeking an experienced civil engineer with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with clients, staff, and contractors.

 Key Responsibilities: 
  • Providing technical guidance and support to team members
  • Authorizing and reviewing engineering plans and drawings
  • Ensuring quality control and implementing methodologies to guarantee project success
  • Managing and interpreting contract design documents
  • Overseeing on-site health and safety and quality control matters
  • Preparing regular reports on project progress
  • Resolving unexpected technical difficulties and other issues that may arise
Requirements: • 8-10 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in repairs• Bachelor's degree in engineering from a reputable university• Excellent oral and written communication skills• Ability to interact with staff, officials, and contractors, as well as communicate with clients• Extensive AutoCAD experience• Strong team management and leadership skills
