Job Title: Project Management Specialist

\

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Management Specialist to join our team.

\

This role will involve overseeing the execution of work, ensuring quality control, and preparing reports.

\

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in civil engineering, a Bachelor's degree in engineering, and strong technical and leadership skills.

\

They will also possess effective communication skills, be able to interact with staff and clients, and have extensive experience with AutoCAD.

\

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on projects.\
  • Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.\
  • Quality control, following methodologies, and ensuring proper execution of work including preparing check lists and reports.\
  • Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.\
  • Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.\
  • Managing, monitoring, and interpreting contract design documents supplied by the client or architect.\
  • Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on-site.\
  • Monitoring timelines and cost of work being executed.\
  • Preparing reports as required.\
  • Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.\

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of civil engineering experience.\
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering from a reputable university.\
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.\
  • Ability to interact with staff, officials, and contractors, clients, customers, and communicate pertaining to specific assignments and meetings.\
  • Extensive AutoCAD experience.\
  • Highly developed team management and leadership skills.\
