Job Title:

Lead Content Partnerships to drive business growth and spearhead strategic relationships.

  • The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to build and manage relationships with broadcasters and OTT providers.

Key responsibilities include commercial negotiations, agreement execution, cost, and revenue management. The role requires someone who is result-oriented, analytical, and enthusiastic to learn and adapt in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities:Broadcaster Partnerships
  • Forge strong relationships with key broadcasters like Star, Zee, and TV18.
  • Execute agreements, manage costs, and drive revenue growth.
  • Cultivate deal management and marketing engagements to maximize partnerships.
Content Analytics
  • Lead content analytics efforts and create comprehensive reports for the content team.
  • Develop and maintain statistical models for deal modeling and revenue projections.
Carriage Business
  • Strengthen carriage relationships and increase revenue from existing partners through rigorous management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a robust content pipeline and revenue generation.
Strategic Opportunities
  • Identify and capitalize on strategic opportunities for Tata Play through content marketing initiatives, channel launches, and packaging changes.
  • Foster relationships with internal stakeholders, including subscriber marketing, technology, legal, finance, communications, sales, and more.
Internal Processes
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute all internal processes for various functions within the content team.
