Chief Manufacturing Officer Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Manufacturing Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our external manufacturing footprint and virtual plant management of contract manufacturing partners.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing operations and improve efficiency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, business or supply chain management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in leadership roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
