Job Title: Artiste/Talent Manager

The Role of an Artiste or Talent Manager is to build a personal rapport with Artistes, understanding their vision and working style. They must facilitate new opportunities for them to achieve financial targets.


About the Position

This role requires the ability to manage all incoming/outgoing communications for Artistes, including calls, emails, meetings and coordination of shoots/events. The manager will oversee production coordination for live shows and events.


Responsibilities and Duties
  • Representation and Coordination:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for deal negotiations and coordination of shoots/events for Artistes.
  • Revenue and Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Generate revenue through live shows and strategic opportunities.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
    • Build a roadmap for Artistes by evaluating their current position and growth potential.
  • Confidentiality and Reporting:
    • Uphold the confidentiality of information related to Artistes, including finances and dealings.

Requirements
  • Relevant experience in Talent/Artiste Management (Junior Role: Minimum 2 years).
  • Knowledge of industry trends, current affairs, and the entertainment landscape.
  • Strong networking skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
