Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in B2B or SME sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the steel industry.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.

Requirements
  • 6-10 years of experience in B2B or SME sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Bangalore and Hosur markets.
