Senior Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Data Services team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all production reporting for the Policies and Placements Value Stream, working closely with the Reporting Services Team Leaders for other Value Streams, coordinating agile ceremonies, and managing incoming production reporting deliverables.

Key responsibilities include managing and delegating tasks to junior colleagues in the Reporting Operations team, ensuring that BAU reports meet SLAs, and reporting on SLAs monthly and quarterly.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, including 5 years of experience as a Senior Reporting Analyst or supervisory role in an agile environment. They should also have knowledge of data visualization tools, problem-solving skills, and experience with Kanban methodologies. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee production reporting for the Policies and Placements Value Stream
  • Coordinate agile ceremonies and lead daily stand-ups, weekly sprint planning, and monthly retrospectives
  • Manage and delegate incoming production reporting deliverables
  • Ensure BAU reports meet SLAs and report on SLAs monthly and quarterly
  • Manage onboarding of new reports and implement clear SOPs
  • Resolve reporting incidents on ServiceNow

This is a hybrid role, requiring at least three days of office work per week.
