Job Title: Database Operations Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in database and application development to lead our Operations team.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience driving strategic direction, monitoring jobs, scheduling, configuration, and maintenance.

Key responsibilities include acting as the primary contact for user inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to ensure a seamless experience.

You will develop and implement operational processes, guidelines, and best practices to streamline support operations and enhance user satisfaction.

Maintain high customer satisfaction with customer service, technical, and consultative skills, and acquired knowledge of the work product.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in database and application development and support.

Main Responsibilities:
Lead the Operations team in driving strategic direction, monitoring jobs, scheduling, configuration, and maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues reported by customers and internal employees.
Develop and implement operational processes, guidelines, and best practices to streamline support operations and enhance user satisfaction.
Technical Skills Required:
Experience developing and troubleshooting SSIS packages, stored procedures, SQL queries, automation processes, and SQL jobs with an eye on performance.
Convert, manipulate, and prepare large volumes of data for ingestion into our systems using SQL Server integration tools.
Maintain and support data ingestion tools and automation scripts.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
