Senior Growth Marketer Job Overview

The role of a Senior Growth Marketer involves driving business growth through strategic marketing efforts. This includes developing and executing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, engage customers, and ultimately drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and executing experiments across the entire customer lifecycle to optimize conversion rates and retention.
  • Leading paid marketing campaigns with a focus on return on investment (ROI) and cost per acquisition (CPA): lifetime value (LTV) ratios.
  • Creating high-converting copy for landing pages, messaging, and in-app experiences that resonate with users.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align go-to-market strategies, messaging, and conversion tactics.
  • Utilizing AI tools to automate campaign execution, personalize communication, and scale creative production.
  • Analyzing funnel and cohort data to identify areas for improvement, running A/B tests, and optimizing performance.
  • Developing user insights through qualitative feedback, user research, and market analysis.

Requirements:

  • A proactive individual with a bias towards action, able to move from insight to plan to execution without requiring extensive hand-holding.
  • Experience working in growth or product marketing roles at high-velocity B2C startups, with a deep understanding of funnels and customer obsession.
  • Strong writing skills, capable of producing clear, persuasive copy that resonates with users.
  • A thorough understanding of customers, particularly those in emerging markets such as India's Tier 1-3 landscape.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their application in growth marketing playbooks.
  • An ability to thrive in ambiguity, enjoy problem-solving, and think creatively like a mini-founder.
