Curriculum Development Manager

NxtWave is a fast-growing Ed-Tech startup, transforming youth into highly skilled tech professionals. We're seeking an experienced Curriculum Development Manager to oversee the implementation of our CCBP 4.0 program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement curriculum across the CCBP 4.0 program, ensuring consistent quality and timely rollout.
  • Standardize operational processes to support seamless curriculum deployment and maintenance.
  • Implement rigorous quality control measures to maintain high standards across all curriculum materials.
  • Cross-functional coordination: bridge between curriculum development, technical teams, and teaching staff to ensure aligned execution.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail and quality.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and learning management systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of curriculum development and instructional design principles.
  • Familiarity with educational technology trends and tools.
