Study Visa Specialist

We are seeking a Study Visa Specialist to provide expert guidance and support to students seeking to study abroad. As a key team member, you will play a vital role in helping students navigate visa application processes, gather necessary documentation, and prepare them for interviews.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest visa regulations and policies.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations with students and clients to discuss their eligibility and options.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including correspondence, meetings, and decisions made.
  • Provide expert advice on visa application processes, including document requirements and interview preparation.

Qualifications:
  • Extensive knowledge of visa application processes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Experience in counseling or advising students, preferably in study abroad programs, with a strong understanding of international education systems.
  • Organizational skills for managing client records and documentation, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative approach to achieving shared goals.
  • Proficiency in using office software and applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

A Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Education, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in the education consultancy or travel industry is highly valued.
