
Maximizing Financial Growth Through Strategic Advertising Partnerships

We are a leading online financial marketing platform connecting 20 million influential decision makers across the finance spectrum. Our exclusive premium publisher group combines data, technology, and creativity to facilitate symbiotic connections between brands and their target audiences.
Main duties include:
- Publisher Management: profit/loss management, ensuring optimal ad requests and inventory settings.
- Communication: key liaison with publishers and internal departments on needs and monetization strategies.
- Technical Q/A: collaborating with Dev on publisher releases and optimizing ad layout recommendations for maximum yield.
- Publisher Onboarding: working with SSPs to whitelist sites and enhance programmatic monetization.
- Yield Analysis: monitoring demand source performance by inventory/product.
- Optimization: partnering with publishers and suppliers to optimize revenue streams.
- Ad Operations: proficient in DFP and SSP system settings for optimal yield setup, SSP block list management, and flooring.
- Reporting: publisher weekly KPIs, SSP reporting, block list reporting, and partner billing reconciliation.
- PMP Management: creating deals and optimizing performance with buyers.
- Data Analysis/Publisher Decks: analyzing publisher and SSP data to report to Pub Dev and Programmatic Supervisor.
- Communication: conveying complex technical information through oral and written communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation expertise.
- Organization: time management, multitasking, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
- Analytical: superior critical thinking, data research, problem-solving skills, business acumen, and self-initiative.
- Adaptability: willingness to accept change, flexibility, adaptability, and absorbing new information quickly.
- Resourcefulness: delivering results using available resources, possessing a get-it-done mentality.
- Industry Knowledge: grasp of finance and online advertising principles.
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Technology, or Business Intelligence; MBA/Master's a plus.
- 2-3 years' experience in online advertising/web analytics in one or more job functions: Traffic Analyst, Account Manager, Yield Manager, Campaign Manager, Publisher Operations/Development, Ad Operations, Data Analyst.
- Experience with DFP ad server, SSP UI/Applications (Index, OpenX, Appnexus), Header Bidding Ad Tech.
- Team management, relationship management, and BI tool experience (SQL, Visual Tool) a plus.
