Amazon Advertising Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Amazon advertising professional to drive all aspects of our Amazon advertising strategy. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably, improving return on ad spend (ROAS), and controlling advertising cost of sales (ACOS) and target ACOS (TACOS).

The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and driving all aspects of our Amazon advertising, including planning, executing, and optimizing sponsored products, sponsored brands, and sponsored display ads across our portfolio of 3,000+ ASINs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning full responsibility for planning, executing, and optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns
  • Driving advertising strategy to achieve sales growth, ROAS, ACOS, and TACOS goals while aligning with company-wide revenue targets
  • Conducting daily performance checks, identifying risks/opportunities, and proactively adjusting campaigns to maintain profitability and efficiency
  • Continuously recommending and refining keyword targeting, bidding strategies, ad creative, and product listings to maximize visibility and conversion
  • Developing and maintaining detailed reporting dashboards, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership
  • Monitoring competitor activity, category trends, and Amazon marketplace changes to capitalize on growth opportunities
  • Managing advertising budgets with precision, ensuring efficient allocation of spend to maximize returns
  • Partnering with sales, product, and merchandising teams to integrate advertising insights into broader business strategies
  • Staying on the cutting edge of Amazon Advertising Console, policies, and emerging tools

Requirements & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of proven experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns at scale
  • Experience in managing PPC campaigns for similar catalog size and ad budgets required
  • Deep expertise with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Advertising Console
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analytics
  • Able to manage large-scale campaigns across thousands of SKUs with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment under tight deadlines
