Business Manager Role for GI Prima

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to lead the growth of our GI Prima business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in launching new brands and managing distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to launch new brands in the specialty segment, aligning with company goals and objectives.
  • Plan and achieve targets for patients on therapy, units, and value targets, ensuring consistent growth and expansion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), developing strategic plans for territory coverage and market intelligence gathering.
  • Implement compliant medico-marketing activities and manage distribution channels to meet stakeholder needs.
  • Proactively plan and execute short- and medium-term business plans, monitoring market trends and competitor activity.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in the specialty segment, preferably with a strong background in premium brand sales.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy or related field, with management qualifications preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Work Environment and Location:

The successful candidate will be based in Mumbai, India, working from a BKC Building location. This role involves continuous sitting for prolonged periods, so applicants should be aware of this requirement.

Education and Qualifications:

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in any field, with a preference for pharmacy graduates. A postgraduate degree in Chemistry is also desirable.
