This is a senior leadership role that focuses on developing and executing strategies to drive growth in the insurance industry.

- To ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Able to think strategically and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with the insurance industry and its regulations.
