The role involves promoting various management programs, building relationships with corporate partners, and leading a sales team to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities- Promote online, distance, and executive MBA programs offered by ICFAI Group
- Network with corporates to generate leads for these programs
- Conduct individual and group presentations to prospective students
- Manage information desks at key locations to facilitate lead generation
- Counsel prospective students to secure admissions
- Lead and manage a sales team to ensure target achievement
- Post-graduation in Management, Commerce, Finance, or Accountancy is preferred
- Good local knowledge of market areas where the target audience is located
- Proven leadership and administrative skills are essential
- Proficiency in Internet and computer skills is required
- Strong communication skills are necessary for success in this role
- 8 to 12 years of experience in Sales or Marketing is required
- Preferred industry backgrounds include Education, Telecom, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Media, Space Selling, FMCG, etc.
