Job Title: Database Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Database Administrator to join our team. As a key member of the database team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining high-performance databases.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must have hands-on experience with MySQL Enterprise Versions Products and MySQL Upgrades & patching.
  • Hands-on migration from MySQL to Maria and vice-versa.
  • Configuring & troubleshooting of MySQL Enterprise Monitor (MEM) and Oracle Enterprise Monitor (OEM).
  • Strong hold on MySQL Enterprise backups & logical backups (mysqldump/mysqlpump).
  • InnoDB Cluster & Master-Slave replication configurations & troubleshooting, MySQL Enterprise Audit, Encryption & keyring.
  • Open source HA tools like keepalived/tungstun.
  • Collaborate with team to develop high performance database functionalities; should be able to resolve MySQL Performance Issues.
  • Extensive exposure to public cloud (AWS/Azure) to provide solutions and troubleshoot issues.
