We are seeking a proactive IT Support Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related user issues and requests.

The role involves handling incoming incidents and service requests via phone, email, or ticketing tools, providing basic troubleshooting, and ensuring timely escalation when required.

  • Record, categorize, and prioritize incidents in the ITSM/ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, ManageEngine).
  • Provide Level 1 support for hardware, software, printers, email, network connectivity, and end-user applications.
    • Reset passwords, unlock accounts, and assist with access-related issues.
      • Evaluate and resolve technical issues with minimal supervision.
        • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all interactions.
        • Develop and implement effective solutions to improve customer satisfaction and experience.
          • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance skills and knowledge.
            • Support remote users using remote desktop tools.
