
Customer Focused IT Support Role

We are seeking a proactive IT Support Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related user issues and requests.
The role involves handling incoming incidents and service requests via phone, email, or ticketing tools, providing basic troubleshooting, and ensuring timely escalation when required.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities to join our team in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Record, categorize, and prioritize incidents in the ITSM/ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, ManageEngine).
- Provide Level 1 support for hardware, software, printers, email, network connectivity, and end-user applications.
- Reset passwords, unlock accounts, and assist with access-related issues.
- Evaluate and resolve technical issues with minimal supervision.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all interactions.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to improve customer satisfaction and experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Support remote users using remote desktop tools.
