Customer Interaction: Handle inbound customer calls in Tamil and Malayalam professionally and efficiently. Understand customer issues, complaints, or questions and provide accurate solutions. Respond to queries related to products, services, orders, billing, or technical assistance (depending on the industry). Make outbound calls as required for follow-ups, feedback, or information confirmation. 2. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot customer problems with empathy and patience. Log and escalate complex issues to senior agents or supervisors when necessary. Ensure proper documentation of each interaction in the system. 3. Product/Service Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the company's products and services. Clearly explain features, offers, policies, and procedures to customers in a simple and understandable way. 4. Call Handling Standards: Maintain high levels of professionalism and courtesy during all interactions. Follow standard scripts and processes for greetings, verification, and closing the call. Meet the required call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction benchmarks. 5. Record Keeping & Reporting: Accurately update CRM or internal systems with call details, complaints, or feedback. Provide daily or weekly reports to team leaders, if required. Keep track of unresolved queries and ensure timely follow-up or escalation. 6. Team Coordination: Work collaboratively with fellow team members to manage call volumes. Attend team meetings, product training, and skill enhancement sessions regularly.
