Financial Leadership Role

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to lead our organization's financial operations.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior finance professional to oversee the day-to-day management of our financial activities, drive strategic decision-making, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial leadership, expertise in financial planning and analysis, and excellent communication skills.

About the Role:

  • Manage daily finances and arrange Capex & working capital finance from banks.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders including banks, auditors, and other consultants to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Direct Tax Law, TDS, and coordinate with consultants for tax assessment & appellate matters.
  • Monitor and control accounting software configuration to ensure accurate accounting, reporting & compliance requirements.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be responsible for coordinating ROC compliance (filing annual returns of companies and LLP) with auditors in a timely manner, managing vendor payments, liaising with statutory authorities including Income Tax, VAT & TDS departments, maintaining GST compliance including filing of monthly GST returns, ensuring TDS compliance and booking entries in Microsoft Navision for all expenses and fixed assets, and maintaining banking relationships, including handling NEFT and RTGS transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and manage financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth and optimize financial performance.
  2. Financial Operations Management: Oversee daily financial activities, including cash flow management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  3. Tax Compliance and Advisory: Ensure compliance with Direct Tax Law, TDS, and coordinate with consultants for tax assessment & appellate matters.
  4. Accounting and Reporting: Monitor and control accounting software configuration to ensure accurate accounting, reporting & compliance requirements.
