Job Summary:

This is a challenging opportunity for an analytical professional to drive financial growth and success across the business. The ideal candidate will have strong financial planning and analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide insightful recommendations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts to support business decisions.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Accounting and Financial Management: Manage all accounting-related activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Performance Indicators: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to inform business decisions.

Commercial Analyst: Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking for the business.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong English Language Skills
  • Qualified Accountant
  • 5+ years pharmaceutical experience preferable
  • International company experience
  • Management experience to include liaison with internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly analytical
  • Proven track record of delivering results
  • Self-disciplined, results-focused with a 'can-do' attitude
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Flexible approach to work to meet strict deadlines
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience using analytical tools such as Power BI and CRM systems
