This position is a senior-level financial role that requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, and expertise in auditing, financial analysis, and compliance.

  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to address business challenges and enhance financial performance.\
  • Manage complex financial situations across units, ensuring strong financial governance and audit compliance.\
  • Lead the internal audit department, implementing effective tools and procedures to improve efficiencies.\
  • Design, implement, and monitor internal controls and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure transparency and accountability.\
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards, and local tax regulations.\
  • Identify areas for cost reduction and implement strategies to minimize costs and optimize revenue.\
  • Participate in value improvement initiatives and capex project reviews to ensure timely and cost-effective implementation.\
  • Liaise with auditors for quarterly audits and financial reviews, providing critical insights into company performance.\
  • Oversee accounts receivable and payable processes, reconciliation, and other accounting functions to ensure accuracy and integrity.\
  • Maintain payroll and accounting records to support informed decision-making and policy compliance.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.\
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in auditing, financial analysis, and compliance.\
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in financial planning, reporting, and audit tools.\
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
