Job Opportunity

The Business Development function is pivotal in driving our growth across key markets. As a critical member of the team, you will own essential pre-sales workflows—prospecting, outreach, meeting orchestration, and sales intelligence—while helping shape our collateral and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build pipeline: Create qualified prospect lists using databases, web research, and other relevant tools to drive business growth.
  • Account intelligence: Track news and developments at priority accounts to identify timely opportunities.
  • Own our lead database/CRM: Maintain clean, current records; enrich prospect attributes; manage list hygiene to ensure data accuracy.
  • Run outreach: Execute email campaigns to secure calls/meetings with prospects.
  • Orchestrate meetings: Schedule with prospects, manage calendars, and ensure pre-reads are in place to facilitate productive discussions.
  • Prep rigor: Compile contact bios, company primers, recent developments, and Axience capability overviews to provide comprehensive insights.
  • Pitch support: Profile prospects, tailor decks, and map Axience offerings to needs; support follow-ups and next steps to drive sales success.
  • Sales collateral: Maintain and disseminate brochures, pitch decks, templates, and other assets to support sales efforts.
  • Events: Identify relevant conferences and manage end-to-end preparation to maximize business outcomes.
  • Tools & analytics: Drive lead generation via sales-intelligence platforms and CRM application tools to inform business decisions.
