Job Opportunity:

Strategic Financial Partner

We are seeking an experienced and skilled transaction advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, with the ability to provide strategic guidance to start-ups and high-growth companies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing budgeting, MIS reporting, cash flow, and investor communications. They will also build financial discipline and governance frameworks tailored for scaling businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to founders and investors, providing expert guidance on financial matters.
  • Develop and implement effective financial strategies to drive business growth.
  • Lead buy-side/sell-side due diligence projects, including financial health checks and revenue/margin analysis.
  • Provide tax structuring advice for business models and transactions, including cross-border setups and holding structures.
  • Manage multiple client engagements with professionalism and responsiveness.

Qualifications:

  • CA with 4–6 years of relevant experience in transaction advisory at a mid-tier boutique advisory or in a start-up finance team.
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, financial modeling, and valuation principles.
  • Proven track record in client servicing and team management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
