Job Title: Front Desk Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Front Desk Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage day-to-day operations and supervise staff effectively.

Job Description:
  • The Front Desk Manager is responsible for ensuring the quality and standards of customer service at all times.
  • He/She will develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work efficiently.
  • The incumbent will handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances and conflicts in a fair and professional manner.
  • Supervises staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
  • Or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.
