We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits professional to join our organization.
About the Role:
This is a highly specialized position that requires a deep understanding of compensation and benefits data, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret compensation and benefits data to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Evaluate and implement effective compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to design and implement compensation policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain salary benchmarks and market research reports.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2-7 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits or Total Rewards roles.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance related to compensation and benefits.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work cross-functionally.
