Compensation and Pay Strategy Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our compensation and pay programs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in total rewards and be able to analyze data to ensure compliance with labor laws.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement competitive compensation packages
- Analyze salary benchmarking data to inform market rate decisions
- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payment processing
- Stay up-to-date on changes in labor laws and regulations
- 2-7 years of experience in compensation and benefits or total rewards roles
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance related to compensation and labor laws
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to work cross-functionally
This role is critical to ensuring our compensation and pay programs are fair, compliant, and aligned with industry standards. As a Compensation and Pay Strategy Specialist, you will work closely with the payroll team to develop and implement effective compensation strategies.
