Horticulture Specialist

We are seeking a skilled horticulturist with experience in plant science, soil management, and landscaping.

This role combines hands-on knowledge of horticulture with leadership responsibilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing indoor plant installations, nursery operations, and garden projects. They will also provide expert consultancy on plant care and landscaping solutions to clients.

  • Manage indoor plant care, nursery operations, and landscaping projects
  • Conduct assessments and provide recommendations on soil management and fertilizer usage
  • Design and maintain landscapes for commercial and residential properties
  • Lead and train junior staff, gardeners, and field workers
  • Oversee procurement and inventory of plants, seeds, fertilizers, and tools
  • Prepare and present project proposals, timelines, and maintenance schedules
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on project execution
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in plant science, botany, and sustainable gardening

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Agronomy, Botany, Horticulture, Plant Science, or related fields
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in indoor plants, gardening, landscaping, or nursery management
  • Ability to handle project planning and operational tasks
