Expert Workday Professional

10–20 years of experience are required.

  • Lead and manage small to medium-sized Workday implementations, collaborate with project teams, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Develop and maintain complex Workday configurations, manage data transformation, and perform EIB Data loads.
  • Provide expert-level support for Workday feature releases, security, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Deliver solutions for at least one of the following Workday modules: Absence/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ HCM/ Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent and Performance / Payroll.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, assess complexity, and define development timelines.
  • Conduct thorough testing of Workday features, develop test scripts, and provide support during UAT.
  • Requirements gathering:
  • Gather business and technical requirements from clients, work collaboratively with analysts and architects to clarify needs and priorities.
  • Design Workday solutions that meet client needs and preferences.
  • Verify client requirements through sessions with key personnel.
  • Configure Workday based on provided requirements.
  • Perform self-reviews and peer reviews of work delivered.
  • Application Testing:
  • Assist clients in testing Workday features, driven by client-provided scenarios.
  • Production Support:
  • Ensure ongoing support for Workday solutions post-deployment, including maintenance and upkeep responsibilities.
Key Qualifications:
  • Deep knowledge of Workday, particularly in the following areas: Absence/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ HCM/ Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent and Performance / Payroll.
  • In-depth understanding of Workday object models and solution design principles.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly through individual research and training.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and features quickly.
Minimum Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working with Workday and a total of 12 years' experience is required.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
