Power Platform Developer Position

This role involves creating custom applications, dashboards and workflows that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Duties:
  • Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards using advanced DAX and data modeling techniques to visualize complex business data.
  • Create and customize Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) to streamline business processes and improve productivity.
  • Automate workflows and approvals with Power Automate to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Integrate Power Platform with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SQL, Excel, and Azure services to create seamless experiences.
  • Monitor and optimize performance, data refreshes, and security of Power BI assets to ensure optimal results.
Requirements:
  • 3–7 years of hands-on experience in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling.
  • Good knowledge of SQL for data extraction and transformation.
  • Experience integrating Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams).
  • Exposure to Azure services and APIs (REST/JSON) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Microsoft Power Platform / Power BI certification is a big plus.
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum methodology.
