Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Solutions Architect to join our team. As a Business Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient Dynamics CRM solutions with automation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement efficient Dynamics CRM solutions with automation capabilities.
  • Provide trusted solution advisory services to customers and internal teams.
  • Conduct research to improve business processes, design solutions, and recommend roadmaps for business solutions.
  • Owning the integrity and strength of recommended solutions.
  • Identify and develop reusable solutions/assets for process automation and client value addition.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create prototypes and elicit requirements.
  • Review solutions and recommend improvements during project deliveries.
  • Groom the product backlog in liaison with project stakeholders.
  • Guide the team on business solution architecture and best practices.
  • Define and enforce coding standards and best practices for development teams.
  • Oversee program and project delivery to ensure strategic goals alignment.
  • Review platform releases and educate teams and customers on new features.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and functionalities.
  • Mentor team members, identify training needs, and establish learning plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A deep understanding of platform integration patterns, APIs, software engineering patterns, and architectural designs.
  • A comprehensive knowledge of functional modules including Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Service, Field Service Automation, and Microsoft Social Engagement.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Pages, Power Apps Portal configuration, customization, and extension.
  • Comprehensive experience working on software development using agile methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver MS D365 CRM projects.
  • Expertise in fitment analysis, project problem diagnosis, and solution development.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience leading top-performing teams.
  • Previous work experience with US, Australian, or UK clients.
  • Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools.
