Dynamic CRM Solutions Leader

Job Overview:

This is a leadership role that oversees the implementation of Dynamics CRM solutions with a focus on efficiency and automation.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in D365 CRM, including Power Apps, Plugins, Workflows, Business Process Flows, Business Rules, Actions, and Custom Workflow Assemblies.

A comprehensive understanding of functional modules, setup, installation, configuration & deployment of MS D365 CRM modules is also required.

Additionally, the candidate should have proficiency in .Net (C#) and JavaScript development experience within the D365 SDK including working knowledge of the ODATA, REST endpoints, Entity Model, and Asynchronous programming.

The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading design and implementation, conducting research into customers' use of technology platform, designing solutions to improve business processes, and recommending roadmaps for business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of Dynamics CRM solutions
• Conduct research into customers' use of technology platform
• Design solutions to improve business processes and recommend roadmaps for business solutions
• Own the integrity and strength of the solutions recommended
• Identify and develop reusable solutions/accelerators/assets for enhanced process automation and client value addition
• Collaborate with different stakeholders to create prototypes as a means of eliciting requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet solution architecture needs
• Review solutions and recommend improvements during project deliveries
• Groom & refine the product backlog in liaison with project stakeholders
• Guide the team on business solution architecture and best practices to ensure modularity, reusability, and productivity
• Define and enforce coding standards, guidelines, and best practices for development teams for developing and implementing scalable solutions
• Oversee program and project delivery ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Review platform releases and educate internal teams & customers on new features
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and functionalities
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members identifying training needs and establishing learning plans
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming, relational database design, and software design best practices
• Experience in data integration and migration projects
• Strong knowledge of responding to RFPs/RFIs and proposal creation
• Expertise in program and project management risk identification and mitigation
• Exceptional stakeholder and vendor management skills
• Strong concise documentation communication and team-handling skills
• Experience leading and developing top-performing teams
• Previous work experience with US Australian or UK clients
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Power platform basics MB 200

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience working in D365 CRM
• Comprehensive understanding of functional modules
